Lawrence Dunn is CX Manager of Implementation at Nexcess, where he guides customers through onboarding, migration, and the transition into new hosting environments. His work centers on keeping implementations organized, setting clear expectations, and helping customers understand responsibilities, timelines, and what comes after launch. Lawrence brings more than a decade of experience in Linux system administration, technical support, customer experience, and team leadership. Before moving into technology, he worked in healthcare as a Patient Care Technician and home health care provider. That experience shaped his focus on empathy, communication, and calm support in high-pressure situations. He also cares deeply about developing strong teams and future leaders.
