Lisa Clark

Lisa Clark is Vice President of Platform Reliability at Nexcess, where she leads efforts to improve platform stability, incident response, operational accountability, and long-term reliability. With nearly three decades of experience in software development, engineering management, and enterprise architecture, Lisa has led teams across cloud, hosting, and enterprise technology environments. Before moving into platform reliability, she served as Vice President of Development and Director of Software Development at Nexcess. Earlier in her career, she held engineering and architecture leadership roles at Liquid Web and Rackspace. Lisa approaches reliability as both a technical and leadership responsibility, helping teams address recurring issues, strengthen change management, and build systems that remain dependable over time.
