Marho Atumu

Marho Atumu is a Quality Assurance Analyst at Nexcess, where he helps teams identify and resolve software issues before release. His work includes requirements analysis, test planning, manual and automated testing, defect tracking, and user acceptance testing. Marho previously supported the LearnDash team, developing regression and integration test cases, testing APIs and web services, and reviewing feature updates and bug fixes for usability, accessibility, performance, and reliability. Earlier in his career, he provided technical support for The Events Calendar, where he resolved customer issues and shared feedback that informed product improvements. Marho holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and certifications in IT service management, ServiceNow, networking, and cybersecurity.
