Kelly Goolsby

Kelly Goolsby is Director of Solution Architecture at Nexcess, where he helps organizations evaluate technical requirements, understand risk, and design cloud and hosting environments around their business goals. With more than 20 years of experience in technical sales, solution engineering, business development, and cloud technology, Kelly has worked across public and private cloud, managed hosting, ecommerce, healthcare, financial services, and other regulated industries. Before joining Nexcess, he spent 15 years at Rackspace in business development and solution engineering roles, including leading teams responsible for designing cloud solutions around customer needs. Kelly approaches solution architecture by looking at both the technology and the business behind it, helping organizations understand tradeoffs and plan for growth, modernization, and long-term reliability.
