If This Sounds Like You

You’re running a digital platform in a regulated industry. Your marketing team has things they need to change: offers to update, disclosures to refresh, content that has to reflect current compliance requirements. But every update routes through a development queue that wasn’t built for that volume or that urgency.

When content can’t move fast, disclosures go stale. When the platform doesn’t meet accessibility standards, you have documented regulatory exposure. And when your team is spending more time managing platform limitations than responding to market conditions, you’re losing ground you can’t easily get back.

You don’t need a faster developer. You need a platform your team can actually drive.

That’s exactly where LendNation was.

The Situation

LendNation offers personal loans and financial products to consumers across the U.S. and Canada. Their digital platform handles customer acquisition and loan applications: a high-stakes function in a regulated sector where trust, speed, and compliance aren’t trade-offs. You need all three, simultaneously, every day.

The existing platform had become a bottleneck. Routine updates required developer involvement. New features were slow to ship. The marketing team’s ability to respond to market conditions was consistently constrained by platform overhead, and in financial services, that kind of lag has real consequences.

When content can’t be updated quickly, disclosures get stale. When the platform doesn’t meet accessibility standards, you’re creating documented regulatory exposure. And moving a platform with active compliance obligations, customer data, and loan application workflows across multiple states isn’t a standard migration. Data integrity, security posture, and state-by-state compliance logic have to be treated as first-order requirements, not post-migration cleanup items.

What We Did

We migrated LendNation to WordPress, rebuilding the site with an audience-focused UX and custom patterns that give the marketing team real operational flexibility. WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and enterprise-grade security were built in from the start, not added after the fact.

The migration completed within a six-month window. We treated the compliance requirements as architecture decisions, not checklist items: every state-specific disclosure pattern, every security requirement, every accessibility standard was designed into the platform before a single page went live.

The result was a platform the marketing team could run. Updates that previously required a developer now happen in the CMS. New content ships when the business needs it, not when a development queue clears.

And the website was just phase one. We have since built and launched LendNation’s customer app: handling account management, loan applications, and real-time integrations across the U.S. and Canada, with state-by-state compliance logic built into the architecture. The design system carries through from web to app, giving LendNation a digital platform that works as a connected whole.

What This Means for You

If your team is working around your platform instead of through it, the platform is the problem. And in a regulated environment, that problem compounds: every workaround is a potential compliance gap, every delayed update is an exposure window, every slow content cycle is an opportunity your competitors don’t have to wait for.

The goal isn’t a faster version of the same bottleneck. It’s a platform your team owns and can drive, built on a compliance foundation that doesn’t require constant maintenance to hold.

If that’s the conversation you’re trying to have internally, we’ve had it before.

We work with financial services organizations, regulated platforms, and high-stakes digital environments on exactly these problems: compliance architecture, editorial independence, and platforms built to move as fast as the business does.
